Capping A Jetted Tub

I have had this tub for a good 10years now but only used the jets twice too noisy.

Closing the induction valves forces water to circulate only through the internal plumbing of the tub. Turn the hot water on and let it fill the tub. Run jets 10 minutes. Instead of replacing the tub i know it would be a lot cheaper just to plug the holes.
