Use your car wax of choice and use it on faucets and fixtures around your bathroom.

Just use warm water a soft sponge and mild liquid detergent or non abrasive cleaner to wipe the surfaces clean then rinse thoroughly. Anything that is chrome or any other metal will work for this application. Apply 1 tablespoon of car wax to the damp sponge or a car wax applicator.
